Busse lake

Busse is a lagoon-shaped lake with the main attraction – oysters, which form a small island in the middle of the water.
You will walk along the shore, where you can find a giant oyster that lives in its natural environment, get the opportunity to find a sea urchin and touch a trumpeter shell.
We will show you how a shell hides in the sand, and a shrimp in the seagrass, and the chef will prepare fresh Sakhalin delicacies for you. A tent, table and chairs will be set up on the seashore.

09:00 - departure from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
10:00 - sanitary stop at the observation deck in front of the LNG plant. Here you can often see seals resting on rocks near the shore.
11:00 - arrival to Busse Lake. Group introduction and safety briefing.
11:30 - catamaran tour of the lake (boots and life jackets are provided on site), visit oyster island, where you will see oysters in their natural habitat and be able to catch some of them under the guidance of experienced fishermen.
13:30 - return to the camp on the shore. Hot lunch in a tent on the lake shore.
14:00 - culinary master class on roasting oysters. Tasting of freash harvested seafood (trumpeter, rapan)
15:00 - the end of the tour. Boarding the bus.
17:00 - departure to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
